Now Hart has been replaced with Greenworks and Hart seems to be kinda dead (it was a "Walmart brand" that now isn't sold by Walmart any more so...) I have no clue the quality of Greenworks, but Hart was always a good quality option in my experience. The only issue I had with using any Hart tools was pretty much always tied to me already being so deep into the Ryobi ecosystem, nothing to do with the quality of Hart.
All that being said, if you are buying something Hart make sure you ponder if the possibility if them not existing is going to bite you later when you are stuck in a dead ecosystem. Not a big issue here, unless you have plans to add on to this in the future... just be mindful.
