I bought one, one of the bumpers snapped, so I used the extended warranty to mail it in and had it fixed. They even put a new battery in it, which I thought was pretty awesome.
Got it back and the same part snapped again, so I tossed it and went back to my i4, which thankfully, I'd kept. My i4's been going strong for three years this month.
Buyer beware with the J7 model specifically.

if you know warranty is hassle free and you just got a new battery in it then you stop using it? is that logical at all to just run the time of the Allstate 2yr?
