Thanks for posting this OP ! Not 100 percent sure about this but the best buy description says "Maxium Resolution 2560 x 1440"... so I'm guessing this is best used at that resolution? No idea what happens if you "downgrade" to a smaller resolution on it, I'm still rocking my over a decade old (and still chugging along faithfully ) Stick Out Tongue 1080 resolution monitor so I don't know much about the newer monitors .. someone who knows more will hopefully step in and comment on this Smilie

I'm still buying 1080p. If 4k gets cheap enough, I may start buying those. 1440p is a bastard resolution to me. Although, I often use monitor for TVs.
