The CPU does hit thermal limit fairly quickly so I recommend turning off the boost mode (set maximum power to 99)

Seems like a good deal; the low RAM is upgradable up to 64GB and the storage is also upgradable. The title of their product page does seem to indicate that the battery will probably also need to be replaced due to poor battery health.
