This is actually a pretty good price. The 4080 version from a few years back had an MSRP of $2199 and that had a 1tb drive (though tbf, it was on sale at times as low as $1900). You get a 5080 vs 4080, better cpu, bigger HD and an OLED panel for $250. Given the state of pc parts, memory etc...this is actually a bargain relatively speaking.

The lowest price I've seen this model on for months; I think it's a reasonable price these days. The exact model with the RTX 5090 model is also available for an extra $600, not worth it unless you want the 24 GB VRAM for professional apps / AI models.

I bought the 5090 version of this laptop a few months ago and it has been flawless. I have a Alienware desktop and at least twice a week I get BSOD. Never changed anything, has all of the updates. The desktop is still a beast but yea I have to deal with that.
