Great pillow for side sleepers who need neck support like myself. I bought before, may buy again since the price is decent.

The product info says it's breathable and cooling. Have you noticed that to be true? I have a similar pillow and since it can't be flipped over for the cool side due to the design, I'm curious to hear feedback from anyone that owns this, good or bad

Thanks

My wife has had neck pain for a loooooong time. She's tried every pillow. We have one of these, but she never uses it and said it was uncomfortable and just weird to use. She ultimately landed on, and has been using since, a 100% latex pillow. I highly recommend! Something like this:

Hm.. how is it better than memory foam?
And it doesn't have a neck bump?

It's a little hard to explain. Latex is super springy, think of it as "fast memory foam". It's like a trampoline, the more you push you gradually get more resistance. It's seemingly too thick to be comfortable but your head pushes through it the perfect amount.
I bought myself an ultra thin memory foam pillow so my spine is aligned perfectly, but my head doesn't push into the pillow enough to even feel the memory foam. I went the opposite way for her and got her the Latex pillow and at first we thought it was far too thick, but OMG I want to steal her pillow, and after the first night she loved it. It will be my next pillow. Because it's springy, your neck pushes less than your head, so it automatically makes the neck bump with the perfect support.

I tried one of these, I wouldn't even use the word firm, I would say hard. Very uncomfortable to me. I returned it.

How long did it take everyone to get used to this style of pillow?

I'll need to try the 100% latex pillow. All these weirdly shaped cervical ones I've tried and think they're deceitful gimmicks.

Time to level up and get a latex mattress topper or mattress
