Really good price for a 256gb micro sd card in this current era of storage prices. Probably not good for something like a dash cam, I would go with one of the Endurance variants. Good for a Nintendo switch.

Yes they can. MicroSDExpress is fully backwards compatible with MicroSDXC. So any device that can read mSDXC can read the card, at regular SDXC speeds.

Very good price. Anyone who needs it now should get it or wait for the 512 GB version to go for $75 during the Amazon Prime Day.
Edit: Actually I take that back, the 512 GB version is now up $196. When I got mine on Nov of 2025, it was $75. Glad I bought mine before the memory shortage.
