Yes they can. MicroSDExpress is fully backwards compatible with MicroSDXC. So any device that can read mSDXC can read the card, at regular SDXC speeds.

Really good price for a 256gb micro sd card in this current era of storage prices. Probably not good for something like a dash cam, I would go with one of the Endurance variants. Good for a Nintendo switch.

This was the update that was supposed to go into the next generation Micro-Sd used by PHONES!!! Then the industry price gouged you and took away the card slot in more than half the phones sold in the world.

Got it and it seems to work okay in Insta360 X5 camera. Cheaper to buy this than other v30 cards at 256gb capacity so I am happy with it
