Since ultra 1 is only 2 years older than ultra 2 and Apple is dropping support for the next OS, ultra 2 is unlikely to receive an OS upgrade in 2 years.

Mine said 5% but if you scroll down to the bottom under the listing for checkout there is a link that says "additional rewards" which states 5+5

There weren't that many upgrades between the ultra 2 and 3 that I needed. I think the 3 is slightly faster for Siri and has better battery life and uses 5g + satellite instead of LTE. My iPhone has satellite option already so I am ok paying $200 less for a refurbished 2 compared to 3.

I asked the question, because I was reading some of the reviews on other refurbished Apple Watch Ultras that were 'excellent' and some of those people said that their bands were not original.
