I have the Rapsodo (along with a lifetime membership for $600) and I'll add my thoughts.

This is a good price for a new one, it comes with a 45 day membership, and along with an amazon return policy, you have time to figure out how well this works in your setup
The MLM2Pro is very setup specific. Some people have a miserable time with dropped wifi connections and misreads and some people it works great. I'm mostly convinced this is user error on setup and simulator location, but obviously those people would disagree.
If you are interested in Sim Golf (playing courses) - I'd honestly look at one of the optical units (Square HE or Square Omni). This doesn't do putting at all and it's 3rd party connectivity (to something like GSPRO or Awesome Golf) is hit or miss.
If you are interested in game improvement, like target practice or the driving range - this thing is amazing. The data and accuracy it provides is way better than the R10 and is on par with the more expensive Mevo (along with its expensive add-ons). You can set up multiple video angles of your swing, which is very helpful for mechanics troubleshooting.
The bundle software (with the membership) - if you don't have connection issues - is honestly fantastic. It runs great off my ipad and the practice and driving range modes are great. It also pretty much has any course you could want to play (it even has all my local Munis) if you want to scratch that itch. The course graphics are barebones, but it is still fun to do a quick 9 or 18 after a practice session.
I'm hitting outside into a net, using an ipad to look at data and tracking, or to play holes - and I've had zero issues with this and find it to be a great value. But there are lots of people in different setups (indoors, etc) that are having all sorts of issues with a recent update - so your mileage will vary. There really isn't much in this price range, even after consider membership costs.

Thanks for your feedback! I'm not very familiar with the setup requirements, but let's say the only place I can use mine is at the [outdoor] driving range. (No space for a net at home.) I'm ONLY interested in game improvement (eg target practice). Do any of the game improvement features you mentioned require being indoors and/or a net? Or, will they be available at the outdoor driving range? (I don't mind missing out on sim golf.) Thanks again.

All the features work great outdoors, but more so into a net rather than a driving range. These radar launch monitors (like the Mevo) require special RPT balls with dots on them to read spin - and you aren't going to be hitting these balls at the driving range. So while distance and direction will be fine, it won't be able to accurately capture slices or draws, or pretty much any other spin that might impact flight. You'd want an optical based unit (like an Omni, Spica 3, Bushnell Launch Pro, etc) that reads from the side rather than behind.
Besides that, this and the Mevo are very particular with leveling, distance behind the hitting area, etc. All of that is more of a pain at the range verse a fixed at home location.
So no, I wouldn't recommend this for range only work, and I don't take mine when I'm going to the range, as I think its usefulness would be limited. A much cheaper R10 (which doesn't read spin at all) would function about the same if you were intent on getting one
