I bought this about 6 months ago with regular price on Amazon and it was $352 so there's no real deal here

Bought one last go around, been happy with it but the washable pre filter seems to want to be washed a lot more frequently than anticipated. Not a big deal since it's just a quick hose off with the shower head, but worth mentioning

If the pre wash needs to be washed often that means your house is really dusty, and the purifier is catching a decent amount of it.And it being caught in the prefilter saves you from having to replace your HEPA filter more often (if the prefilter wasn't there it your HEPA filter would need replacing once a week).So until they invent a way for prefilters to clean themselves (like a robovac), you should be glad the prefilter is there; and if you really hate having to change it so often then mitigate your dust situation.

at work they went to Walmart and bought those cheap box fans ... then ordered 4" thick HEPA filters that covered the entire box fan frame area -- worked perfect .... UGLY - YES .. but 25.00 fan and 30.00 filter .... and they change them out once a year ....
