I have a pair of B&W PX7 S2 headphones. Music sounds great but ANC could be better. If I turn my head while in my seat, the seal is breached and airplane noise gets in. I've read great things about the Sony cans. We'll see how well they sound...

yes, yes it is. I'm on like my fourth or 5th pair of these. When they break I buy another pair from Target or Amazon and return these. Someone posted on a reddit forum a pair of clip ons you can buy to put on the hinges but t hey are like 30$ or so. I'm debating on buying them or just waiting for the xm6 to go on sale and sell these whenever they inevitably break again on ebay. Oddly enough my xm3's are still going strong since 2019, I even sleep in them.
