There was a case in Texas for example where an otherwise reasonably fit man developed full on breasts and was emotionally unstable, and they couldn't find anything wrong with him. Finally they looked at his diet in detail and found that he was drinking one of those half gallon of Silk milk substitute A DAY!
Is that an extreme case? Absolutely, but as a man if you can avoid consuming phytoestrogens, you should.
You are probably 1,000,000 times (literally) more likely to die from the lactose in this drink however lets rant about something you heard on a podcast from a person who likely had male breasts (from obesity) to begin with.
*Lets not even talk about the fact that soy is a huge part of the human diet and has been for the last 10,000-ish years. Milk too.

I also like shorter ingredient lists, like look at Muscle Milk 33G protein ingredients and uses natural sugar like Stevia over artificial cancer inducing like Sucralose that Premier uses:

Like I said, did he consume way too much soy drink? Absolutely, and smaller amounts wouldn't have had such a dramatic effect. But erectile dysfunction and breast growth in a male that drank a lot of soy makes me prefer to just not drink soy.
