Ordered recently. Not the best, but at least not stale. The 5/10 espresso is better to me. Have to mix with something better.
also prefer the 5/10

For $17.99 S&S for better tasting Lavazza Super Crema, and for mainly drinking cappuccinos from my automatic, I'd prefer that choice to this deal, but everyone has their own taste profile, I guess! That's what I'm getting today to refill my stash

Is the no rush shipping cash back different for everyone? I only got 7% on mine.

I've tried multiple bags of lavazza and this was actually my favorite, in for 2 more bags! Has a nice smooth taste without being too bitter/acidic, but not too bland when making lattes
agreed, this is my favorite of theirs. super crema (the usual favorite) is *too* smooth for me (verging on bland) and their espresso italiano is slightly sharper than I'd prefer (but will still get that when it's < $11). gran crema hits all the right notes for me: chocolatey, not floral, full without being bitter...

I feel that since taste is so subjective, you really need to give us examples what what you think tastes good.

For example, if someone says, "this is gross, Dunkin Donuts regular coffee is so much better," then I know they don't like stronger roasts and probably should stick to "Donut Shop Blend" type coffees.
It was interesting to learn that, since 2021, Lavazza coffee sold in the U.S. has been roasted and packaged at its facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
This may help explain why some longtime fans of the Italian-imported version feel that the newer batches taste different and are less appealing.

Took me forever to find good consistent beans to use in my auto espresso machine, these are the best I've found that aren't ridiculously overpriced. I'd love to just use Bones beans (esp. the blueberry pancake flavor, which is unbelievably good). But this is by far the best value for good quality
This has been my go-to coffee beans for a while. For the price, it's been my favorite coffee.

After they started roasting Super Crema in the USA, I found no difference between that and this Barista Expresso. Both are still better than regular expresso. Quality isn't close on any of them compared to when they were imported from Italy.

I bought this 3 months ago and I've been brewing it with a super automatic. I have not found a better alternative at this price.

I ordered 3 bags directly from Lavazza when they had sale earlier: medium roast (brown color bag), super crema (blue) and this one. Only tried the brown one before. It's an OK coffee, main benefit that it's on sale and coffee is getting super expensive. This Espresso bag was actually my favorite out of all of them.

I don't use this for espresso and just use it in a regular drip coffee maker for my daily morning brew. My taste preference is medium roast that is not bitter / burnt. This one was the least bitter and had pleasant chocolate notes. Somewhat similar to Pete's Big Bang.
