THIS is the brand to buy! Been using this for decades (have tried many other brands) and this is the best IMO. And this is a Slick Deal. Pro Tip: Take what you need and put leftover portions in small freezer bags. This stuff adds a TON of spicy flavor with only a tiny amount added to so many foods from eggs to steaks to soups, etc. At $1.50/can... this is a deal ! ps: it last almost forever in the freezer, and in the fridge, it's good for a few months.

Canned goods like this don't have an expiration date, they have a "best by" date. Depending on how they're stored, they're likely to be good for years or even decades beyond the "best by" date.

For anyone who is wondering about things to do with these - a very easy thing that I like to do is take a can of these, dump them into a blender with maybe a third of a can of water, blend them until smooth, and then optionally press the mixture through a strainer to get rid of the seed bits and any fibrous parts. Throw out the seeds and stuff, take the smooth mixture and mix the amount that tastes right to you (I would use about half of a big can like this for a 30oz jar) into a jar of mayo. Chipotle mayo is amazing on almost any kind of sandwich or burger. the blended chipotles are also very good added to ketchup or dips.
