I own the PS4 version, bought the Yuffie DLC separately but I was about to purchase this since I want a hard-copy for the future, however the Yuffie DLC is not included on this disc.

Is it like a free download though? Because the "Intergrade" part of the name is supposed to mean it includes the FF7 Intermission Yuffie DLC. They even have it on the product description:

FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE expands upon and reimagines the spectacular world of the original game. It covers up through the escape from Midgar and is the first game in the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE project. INTERGRADE is a bundle that includes both REMAKE and the new episode featuring Yuffie. In her episode, play as the spirited ninja after she arrives in Midgar. There, she and another Wutaian operative are to rendezvous with Avalanche HQ, infiltrate the Shinra Building, and steal the conglomerate's most powerful materia.

Includes:

The PlayStation5 version of FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE

New episode featuring Yuffie

The DLC is included, just not on the disc. So, the benefits of upgrading the physical game are minimal in this case, since you don't get a hard copy of the DLC, and the previous poster said he/she already bought the DLC. Plus, having the PS4 disc inserted already gives a free digital PS5 upgrade (but no DLC). Granted, buying the DLC alone is usually $15 to $20 anyway, and even the digital game (with DLC) is often about $15.
