Magnesium citrate is a good supplement and recommended 325mg dose is typical, but I've never heard of anyone consuming it as a powder. Usually its a couple of pills. Weird.

People have been consuming magnesium powder for years. Weird assumption to have that pills are the standard. Colonoscopy/surgery prep using magnesium citrate solution. Which, gasp, is powder pre-dissolved in liquid.

I am one of those people. I use Magnesium Glycinate. I wasn't even aware there were 2 types until recently.

Publix grocery chain is closing these out for $9.99. These are great to mix in juice or just with water. The ones I grabbed at Publix were Berry flavored. YMMV (if you have Publix)

Yep. One helps you sleep. The other helps you poop.

The problem with magnesium complex supplements that you really don't know what you're getting. They tell you the total amount but they don't usually break it down individually.
