I've owned Cooler Master power supplies before. Provided this one works I think it's a good deal.

Not sure - I believe the 3rd gen is B+ but this one (older, 2nd gen) is rated much worse.
FWIW I own the 3rd gen 750w model and although its reliable and stable, it runs much louder (especially under load) than any of my other modern PSUs.

Do not buy an used psu. I bought an used psu from Amazon and it killed my motherboard.
