For 3 bucks more, I really like their sensors with a screen (also on sale) https://a.co/d/0c1R2U8M. Either way though, I've been extremely happy with third reality hardware!

Edit: The temp accuracy on these screen less one are listed better than the screened ones, so they definitely have their place. I just like being able to also see the temp and humidity in a room without having to pull out my phone and open home assistant.

I bought a 3 pack of these a few months ago. I put one outside on a window sill so I can get external temp and humidity readings in home assistant, I put one in my server rack to have home assistant alert me if it gets too hot, and I put one in the downstairs foyer for a general downstairs temp reading as I don't have any other temp sensors down there (upstairs I have linknlink presence sensors with integrated TH sensors). the third reality stuff is great! - super easy to set up and works really well. I also picked up a set of thirdreality zigbee gen3 smart plugs that work fantastically as well (plug them in, they start blinking, I press adopt in home assistant, give them a name and specify the room they're in and they're up and running - super easy). I bought some of their leak sensors as well after a small basement flood - same ease of use, put batteries in them, adopt them, tell home assistant where they are and done. (i then set up an automation to flash all the lights in the house red and send me a push message if leak is detected). I'm a big fan of the thirdreality stuff, super easy to use, batteries are standard AAA and reviews say they last a long time (I haven't had to change mine yet) - and they give you battery status in home assistant as well. they do the thing on the tin, they do it well, they last a long time, and they're cheap - what's not the love?

have you used both kinds? - I have the screenless ones (the ones depicted in this sale) and bought them assuming I would get better battery life out of them vs the ones with the screens - have you done battery comparison?

I don't have any of the screen less versions, but after 8 months my screened sensors are still showing 100% on the included batteries.
