The Theragun Prime 6th Gen is a large, powerful massage gun that stands out for deep percussive feel and a long lasting battery. The 16 millimeter amplitude is described as especially helpful on a bad neck, and the Prime is said to feel like a clear step up from smaller units. The 6th Gen adds higher stall force than the previous model, but it also ships with only two attachments and no case. It is HSA eligible, and a Chase Offer can trim the price further. A solid option if you want Theragun size and power over extras.

Interesting. I have both and I only use the Mini.
I only use it on my bad neck and it's just THAT much better with the 16mm amplitude.

After looking into it briefly I'm genuinely curious as to whether Brad and Bob (one of the most popular competitors) D6 Pro Plus is the better buy. That's on sale for $190 as well. But it has up to 85lb stall force (vs 35lb on the theragun 6th gen). Same 16mm amplitude. 7 attachments with a heated head. It has the capability to change the head angle (which is only available on the more expensive Theragun models). And it has a hard carrying case. No case on the 6th gen prime. The D6 Pro seems to compete with the much more expensive theragun pro plus which is $550. At least on paper it seems like a no-brainer to go for the D6 Pro Plus. I know theragun is the most popular brand but by now there are other reliable competitors. Anyone have any suggestions?
I'm going to try out the D6 Pro Plus as I already have the 6th gen Prime. I'll just return the D6 if it sucks.

Your assessment is spot on. The d6 pro is the better buy. I tried out the 6th Gen theragun and it's nothing special. The stall force on the theragun is comical. I've owned the D6 pro for a few months and found it to be superior in terms of effectiveness and value. I use it every day. Customer service at B&B is top notch if you ever need to use it. I have owned several of their massagers, and they all seem to disappear in our household. This is an easy recommendation.

D6 Pro Plus is listed at $319.99. When was it on sale?

It's still $189. Link below. But no need to rush. If you look up history different colors hit same price every few weeks or so -

There are a ton of 1-star reviews for the D6 Pro Plus. Bad batteries, thin load-bearing plastic. SOL in less than a year for lots of folks.

Just bought. Used Chase cashback (12%) then got reimbursed through HSA.
