My lock had a mechanical failure during the winter and was out of warranty. I researched several options and ended up buying another August Smart Lock directly from them yesterday.
I also looked at Eufy's all-in-one lock with the camera and other features, but I prefer to keep the lock operation simple and separate from everything else.
The lock retails for $199, but after coupons, affiliate shopping discounts, and tax, my total came to about $85.
