They renamed the LED so no research can be done there. Avoid this one.
At a pure green color and 100% efficiency (which never happens), the maximum light that could come from 30w LEDs is 20k lumens. At a gross green color.
At typical LED efficiency of 160 lm/w, it could theoretically reach about 4800 lumens.
If you want to compare to a legit 100,000 lm flashlight, look to the IMALENT SR32. It uses 32 Cree XHP50.3 LEDs and requires 8 x 21700 battery cells. And it offers max illumination for less than 1 minute before throttling down due to heat issues. And it costs 15x more.
Do not buy this POS. Wurkkos and Sofirn offer very good flashlights at 2x - 3x the cost. They are really well made, durable, and offer practical stats that are actually useful.
Maybe consider the Warsun T7, 2 pack for $16. Non replaceable cell but such a delightfully slim and lightweight design its easy to keep on you instead of leaving it in the glovebox. I do believe they put out the 400 lumens claimed. Perhaps my favorite budget EDC light:
