Can't do PS5 cause you only have a PS4.
Can't do Xbox because you don't have online do you?
That only leaves the Switch version which is part of the sale ($20). I think that's the only one that would work for you since it's the only platform that both matches and that you have online play for?

Oh, interesting. I always thought if you purchase a S2 version of a game, you would also get S1 version for free. Yikes to me! Thanks for clarification!
