There are a bunch of these on ebay, e.g. https://www.ebay.com/itm/389260803187 for $17.

But if you're trying to do it "right", i.e. research the type of material, then buy filler rods of that material, and melt them into the break, then I think the Jounjip style is most liked (https://www.amazon.com/JOUNJIP-Pl...0BFB6HFH7/), which just pumps in a bunch of heat and lets you push a rod through. You're going to want to melt the surface either way to smooth it out/hide the staple, and you can get as strong or a stronger bond that way anyway.
