These don't have a locking mechanism for neck. There is one but that one is hardly on sale. I will wait until harbor freight one goes on sale. I regret not buying last year.

I have the extra long version of the 3/8 drive flex head 120xp. And I love it. The ratcheting mechanism is smooth as butter. I really wanted the locking flex head but I couldn't justify the extra cost for a "creature comfort" but yes, I would definitely recommend purchasing this set, great price point
