With the XG32UCWMG 240 Hz one only being $110 more, I would be tempted to get that one instead.

The big difference between the two that's notable is refresh rate. The XG32UCWMG Is a dual mode 480/240hz, and the XG32UCWG Is a dual mode 330/165hz. Whether the extra spend is worth it or not has to do with everyone's use case. For a competitive gamer who needs a refresh rate over 330 Hz at 1080p or a gamer who has a GPU such as a RTX 5080 or 5090 and can hit refresh rates at 4K over 165 FPS then the extra spend would be worth it.

These days, with the Nvidia ecosystem and things like DLSS and multi-frame generation, a 5070 TI in some newer games can top 165 FPS, but that depends on the actual game.
