I've had this 3-4 years bundled with one of their keyboards.

I dont use the wireless charging due to wanting to use a "gamer" (large) mouse pad. I've seen DIY stuff on modding it into said mousepads, but I dont mind plugging it in occasionally to charge it. So I just plug the mouse in from time to time.

The charge lasts weeks on heavy use. I have a spare cable to plug in and charge if it dies mid game, but the mouse has an indicator and ive never had it die before being able to plug it in.

I do hate hate hate Logitechs macro application that you have to use, but im very happy with button placement on the mouse- so I live with it. For those Excel workers, get a mouse with macros so you can use Copy/Paste from your side buttons, honest recommendation.

I do think its worth getting, I travel with mine occasionally and it had been quite sturdy. I like the build quality and hope it'll last a lot longer.

Hope that helps.

Also you can use it as a wired mouse while charging.

I hate the mouse scroll on these, they keep on scrolling with such high sensitivity, not good if you are using it for competitive play

good on logi for the charger plug placement. when charging, it feels like a normal wired mouse.

Likely to run into double click issues down the road and Logitech customer support will tell you tough luck. Razer is exponentially better.

That's configurable. You press the scroll wheel lock to let the mouse wheel free spin. If you want the scroll wheel like every other mouse, you keep it locked. Simple swap back and forth for the best of both worlds.

It's actually the best way to play Diablo 3 and 4 by binding scroll wheel to "FORCE MOVE" and that let's you never get trapped by casting your action on a monster across the screen.

Also, this IS the version of the mouse that can suffer from double click issues as mentioned above. The G502 X line-up is the ones that have fixed that issue. So essentially, exactly this mouse but ~$30 more to make sure you never have those issues.

These mouses always get an issue where they end up double clicking.

I've had this for ~3 years, the charging is incredibly annoying. I have to alternate (no pattern) b/n turning the mouse on/off before placing it on the cradle, then I have to move the mouse around before it finally starts charging. Otherwise, GREAT mouse, adjustable weights and sensitivity
