This is a great $ number and probdbly the lowest even for resale. Normally these were landing ~$200 which is still relatively cheap and normally I would guide someone to the XM6 at that point which could be had new for ~$310 pretty regularly.

This is a great deal, great price for a good pair of headphones even at the risk of an off chance the hinges breaking....I have it, no problem yet, touch wood.
That said, better if you can get it at ebay from secondipity (usually stock comes around) which would get you 2 years warranty.

I bought mine brand new three years ago for a bit over $200. No borken hinges and amazing sound. I prefer it much moire than my AirPods max which I find too heavy and gestures make it XM5 so easy for listening to audiobooks. You can swipe back and forward to skip 10 seconds on audible. If you can get a new one close to $200, I would recommend it over a used one at $150.
