Huge ymmv, but that's a great price for those that can find it. It's quite rare to catch a .97 that overlaps with a sale. Showing $159.99 here after $40 off

that's what the signs on the racks showed, but when it rang up, I was pleasantly surprised by the price that it showed.

yes mine came up at 99.97 when it rang up. price on the racks were still showing 159.99, but ymmv

There are two models of this dehumidifier, older model - MAD50PS1AWT-C (Item 1769129) and new model - MAD50PS1BWT-C (Item 2769129). Older model is marked down and has good price if you can find one.

Your store on the app shows $59.97 so they probably forgot to change the tag or you were looking at the new model which your store carries having a similar item number but it starts with a 2 instead of 1

I went to the Nanuet, NY Costco and no luck. The signage did not reflect a clearance price. I took the product to the register and it rang up as $159 (after the $40 manufacturer coupon). One thing to be aware of is that two Midea 50 pint dehumidifiers exist. The one on clearance in some stores seems to be item 1769129. On the other hand, item 2769129, seems to be $159.

You have the search item# 1769129 in the Costco app. It looks like OP bought last years model, which is essentially the same as this years just different item number.
