Not really. This #1 ingredient is hydrolized soy protein. BtB is mostly mirepoix and also contains tomato, with the soy coming later. This is half the sodium and a more delicate flavor. You'd need low salt version of BtB to get in the same sodium level ballpark.

I have used this before, and it's pretty good. Much more efficient than buying cartons of stock and wasting most of it. I usually just keep the low sodium BtB in the fridge, since I think the flavor is a bit better and there's little reason to have both.

Hydrolyzed soy protein is up to 30% glutamate by weight. Have you asked why food makers are using this? Because there is a large portion of uneducated population dodging glutamate, an amino acid.
The entirety of flavored cube, dust from Knorr to Sazon to Maggi and Adobo are just MSG mixed with other seasoning.
