No no no! Do not buy. I have the noise issue on two in less than 90 days. This is a known issue in many models, typically after many years. Avoid this brand!!!

Good to know. Is the noise just loud fan sound, which I could like, or something worse or different?

It's the bearings apparently. It's sort of a loud squealing sound. I really like these air purifiers besides that but it is kinda annoying they haven't fixed it in there newer models.

Ya its the bearing issue. Alot of us on older models made it a few years before it occurred, these new models occurred on both of mine, one in about a month and the other in less than 90.They have known this is an issue and not solve on new models, which is disappointing. Prior to noise issue i really liked this brand..

Bought the previous version in 2019 for $138 and still runs fine. I don't run it 24/7
