just want to confirm if its touchscreen. I don't see it listed on the ebay link. For features I only see "copilot+PC, 180° lie-flat hinge" I don't see touchscreen under features or product description. (still a great deal)

I bought what I believe to be the same model from a deal you posted previously and it is touch screen.
That must've been a different model. According to the official spec sheet for this particular part/model number (as mentioned by store), it doesn't have a touch screen: https://www.acer.com/us-en/suppor...01/details

Refurbished doesn't bother me as much as non-upgradable RAM does.
Yeah, that bothered me at first too, but... For $400 I don't think you're going to find a laptop with more than 16GB of Super-Fast RAM like this has and really, 99% of people who need more than 16GB are doing the kind of work you won't do on a small, integrated GPU laptop anyway.
This one is a little cheaper. But is it worth it if you have the amz prime card?
And is the smaller ssd worth it, for the screen at 1200p vs 1080p?
I don't know where you see 1080p for either of the displays, because both are 1200p. With this, for just $30 more than the Amazon deal, you're getting a much better processor, integrated graphics and double the storage, and 2-year all-state warranty (if it means anything). It makes no sense to get the other deal unless you're saving like another $50 or more with the prime card.
Surprisingly good price for the awful market conditions we currently find ourselves in. Yes, Lunar Lake laptops are always soldered LPDDR5. That will limit your ability to push the otherwise good specs.

Yeah, I am going to either try win 10 ltsc/b or 11 version of that, if performance is somehow capped on 10. I just need to find out where to get it. Should save some ram.

Xbox mode also holds some promise if gaming is your target. 16GB of RAM, if well managed, is still very usable. Just don't expect to keep 50 Chrome tabs open without some page file calls. The good news is the NVMe should really help in that situation. Even back in the SATA SSD days, page file usage could cause some annoying pausing. I won't even talk about how awful hard drives were for that.
