I have another one this style. It's not 100%, but it gets a lot of the roots without leaving as big a hole as other options. I live in a dry climate and it's best to use after rain or watering so the roots don't break off in hard dirt.

Bro, i am BATTLING dallis (or googe grass) myself! i've thrown everything at it (even hired Trugreen with crappy results) and it seems MORE resilient and taking over my front yard. i think pulling them is really my only hope! lmk if you figure out something.

I've been using the Fiskars one for three years. My neighbor liked mine after borrowing it a couple times, and bought a knock-off (I don't know what brand). It didn't make it through a full season before breaking. We do have some rocky soil.
