It's a pain in the a55 to dial it especially if you are using different beans or ask your kid to make you a coffee (they will f around your settings)

I have no issue dialing in my beans personally. Been using it years now.
I can consistently hit 30-35 second shot pulls and they seem great.

The Ninja is decent. We have it at work.
I have the Barista Pro at home and I tell ya... it just tastes better.
There's a lot more granularity with this machine. You can really dial it in. It takes a lot of patience. If you don't have serious patience, don't blame the machine!
