For the uninitiated of us out there, these are the v1 of the QC Ultra headphones. The QC Ultra 2 headphones are also on sale for around $380 so this really is a solid deal for the QC Ultra (1) model.

I ended up joining the waitlist from a link in another post for the Black / Gold ones on QVC, which I think are only available as Gen 2 Ultra (fingers crossed) in the hopes that QVC don't pull a slow one and just allow the waitlist to expire (fingers crossed again - lol).

I don't own either I'm afraid but I did waitlist the Black / Gold Ultra 2 model with QVC. Hopefully they won't cancel but I'm not holding my breath.
