So. I got it. Tested on a car with a weak battery. It's starts it. It's has a 3amp port which is nice to fast charge a phone/tablet what have you. The battery capacity is about 8000 milliamp. My unit it light. 18 oz. I dont have a completely dead battery to jump. I will day it won't start a large truck for sure a car but not a full size truck. So for 28 bucks good buy for occasional use on a sedan with a weak dying battery. For a completely dead battery and large size truck go with a hulkman or Norco
