seems like walmart has some partnership with VIPOUTLET
Although they are reputable. They sell a lot on ebay and walmart under their own name, but I have seen many listings of refurbs/used electronics and such saying sold by walmart but its them. I have purchased from them on ebay and everything is good, but just FYI

Tried to buy 1 (already had 2 from the $65 deal), but an error message is saying that the order limit has reached. I may use my secondary account, if the limit was indeed 2 including the previous deal.

I got a set of these for Xmas last year and I am just blown away at how good they sound. I was not a fan of the earplugs style of the Pros so I was happy to find out they are also super comfortable, too. And the ANC is incredible! They drown out everything on a plane and when you're outdoors it's like you're on a soundproof box. Really impressed with these.

Frankly both are same. VIP Outlet is a front Walmart uses for selling refurbished and open-box stuff. I have dealt with its customer service, all were Walmart employees.
