Community Reviews

This 15.6 inch 1080p portable monitor is mainly appealing as a cheap second screen for cameras, office gaming, sidecar use, or home lab work. The size and resolution are described as very usable, and the anti glare coating helps readability indoors. USB C can handle power and display on newer setups, and the built in stand or magnetic mounting makes it easy to place. The main drawbacks are modest brightness, a slow 20 millisecond response time, no full size HDMI port, and reports of fragile ports or shipping damage. A practical little display if those tradeoffs fit your setup.

Anyone have one of these or similar specs as far as nits go and if so how is the brightness? Looking for a travel companion model and have heard fhd at this size can be notably grainy/large pixels and the brightness is a bit low.
I got one, not this particular unit, (but I think most of them share the same specs and are just rebranded from the same factory etc), and honestly, traveling, and even at home, it has been a great sidecar for my MacBook Pro, brightness is fine, resolution is fine for my use (not a video editor but..)...

Yeah, no regrets, and travels in a backpack easy peasy.

How does this work in terms of powering it? Does it have to be plugged into USB-C? If using USB-C from laptop, there would be no way to charge laptop at same time, so I would need to have two outlets, one for the laptop and one for the the monitor? Sorry if I am overcomplicating this, I'm basically trying to figure out a way to use an extra monitor for document review for about 6 hours, without having to carry around an additional power strip as well.
If you have an extra port on your laptop, a usb-a to C cable will power the monitor

Got this error for shipping to MN and not sure about the right reason: "Sorry, this item cannot be shipped to your selected address due to local laws or Amazon policy. Please change the shipping address or delete the item from your order."
MN recycling laws, the brands have to be set up in the program.

Nothing special about this price. It's a low quality, low nit display that will 100% die in 6 months.

Yeah the listing page claims 1 is available but when I add it, I get an error that the quantity I've selected isn't available, so Amazon has helpfully updated my quantity... to 0. 🤣

1080p at this size is very usable. Heck, people are still using 24" monitors at 1080p.

The PPI and clarity would be slightly higher than 4k on a 32" display.
