People over at /r/buildapcsales are saying that they received it broken because this seller packages them poorly.

I'll chime in. I bought with a coupon for about $200 a little bit ago and received one that was broken and contacted the seller. They gave me a shipping label and said when they received it, they would ship another one if available or refund me. When they received it they still had them in stock. I contacted them and they shipped one very quickly. It was a risk because I doubted I'd have much recourse if this one arrived broken, but it ended up arriving in perfect condition.

I have some interaction with this seller as well. The orignal manufactuer package has design flaw, which now have been updated to meet the industry standard on shipping protection.

I have both the mini-led 240hz and the qd-oled 240hz and the qd-oled wins. The darker blacks are more noticeable than the whiter whites. However, the tandem OLED monitors just blow away the QD-OLEDs in dynamic range.

Was going to use these for a triple monitor racing setup and the side bezels are huge. Was able to return to seller pretty easily.

Packing is sketchy ngl, luckily mine just had a lot of dust on it. The monitor is good so far.

Design flaw? This seller just resells monitors without any adjusting for missing packing material. People who have received perfect condition monitors usually get monitors with the protective film. When I ordered one, nothing was covered the monitor so it was just rubbing against the packaging throughout transit, damaging the screen. That isn't a packaging design flaw. That's reseller laziness.
