I bought the Fiskars version of this a while back for about the same price. But it's kinda MEH 😐. Yeah it works, kinda. Here is where I used it: https://youtu.be/s2n0QM8W-gY

that's your video? i have the Fiskars. ended up buying many more for friends and family after using it the first time. i must have pulled well over 1000 weeds with it so far and its amazing. it looks like you missed the center of that weed in your video. as soon as you stuck in the teeth i thought it might not pull the full weed. maybe give it another try? it really is a game changer. no idea about this Garvee one, but if it works as well as the Fiskars its an amazing tool, esp for the price. tempted to buy one to compare them...

This or the fiskars both look decent to me. I bought one a few months ago and it was aluminum and snapped one of the claws off after the first couple of weeds. Going to try to this steel one this time. Thanks for the post.

Love my fiskars. Pulling weeds from dry hard soil is a fool's errand. Nothing's going to work well--not even a shovel. The ejector keeps the hands clean unlike the Grandpa's weeder. Broke my Fiskars, sent them a photo, and they sent me a replacement. I doubt you'll get that kind of support from Garvee.

Yes that's my video. I was thoroughly not impressed with the Fiskars version of this tool.
So this version of the same thing will not do any better. The fingers are too short for this, they literally advertised on the package for the Fiskars that it will pull Dandelions, . If you cannot pull the tap root then you cannot pull the weed! So no, it cannot as demonstrated. And that was really soft dirt in the video!

Even the fiskar one breaks and they refuse warranty claims, "normal wear and tear". Do a search. You're better off spending more for an all metal one imo

From the Amazon description:
Built to Last with Simple Setup - Durable steel blades stay sharp even with frequent use. Our weight-tested 4-claw design is stronger than competitors', comes with a lifetime warranty, and works equally well for both right and left-handed users.

my fiskars broke after like two weeks. It cannot handle dry clay soil and will snap. Now i use the ryobi electric hoe which is a beast and the only downside is if you use it for 30 minutes or more at a go the vibrations can be fatiguing.

Does it work on pulling Clover? Or just larger weeds like dandelion?

What can it pull???

Look at the fingers, folks. This should not be difficult to understand, if you can barely grab a weed using your thumb and index finger, then this tool will fail guaranteed. If you can use a weed digger on said weed because it has a root base, this "might" work well on that. But as demonstrated it cannot pull dandelions.
