Buying these 2 separately would cost more than $100. Downside of this is the mouse uses Micro-USB port but its wheel can tilt left and right

FWIW, the MX Anywhere 2S actually does work with Logitech Flow, even though AFAICT it still isn't/hasn't ever been listed as supported on Logitech's site. I ran across some Reddit threads a couple months ago claiming that Flow works with the 2S now, tried it, and it works for me. Using the 2S "Bluetooth Edition" between M1 MacBook Pro and Windows 11 25H2 laptops.
Flow itself is kinda meh IMHO - would sometimes get "sticky" towards screen edges, albeit inconsistently - but there's an option to require holding down the Control key to switch screens, so it works as expected now. Not sure if that's a new setting or if I missed it initially (again, only a couple months usage for me, and Options+ updated IIRC twice during that time). Anyway, the option is there, along with Smart Actions/Action Ring/etc. in Options+.
As others have pointed out: listed as Open Box, shows up as $87 before DEALDAY26 coupon code brings it down to $69 (or $65 for new Woot customers). The 2S mouse is micro-USB but holds a charge for months at a time, and the wheel has left/right tilt which the 3 & 3S lack.
Can't tell if the keyboard is USB-C or micro-USB, and this combo doesn't seem to include a Bolt receiver, so presumably it's Bluetooth-only as well. Still a nice deal for both.
