I don't hate the 40 oz Sway by any means, but after about a week of using it, my right forearm is sore from the weight of lifting it from cupholder/desk/etc. I do exercise and lift weights regularly, and do not have any pre-existing issues with that arm.
30 oz is a better size and weight (when full) for someone with small/medium hands.

Just rebought one so I can return it and save $10 from the one I just bought last week. (Wish Amazon would at least give difference in Amazon credit so I didn't have to play the game)

This is the lowest I have seen for this model in this year and I love this particular model as it has a comfortable and wide handle for those that have trouble holding these 40oz bottles with a tiny loop as it puts so much stress on the fingers especially when it's full.

This has been my favorite bottle because of their free sip dual sippin' design. I throw one of those oversized stroller carabiners on the handle and clip it onto my backpack or just hold it but the carabiner.
