For Switch 2? I'm intrigued, but only if it's as easy as the original glitch where you just had to jump off a ledge and switch items quick enough. I remember the glitches after that involved a lot of work.
Dupe them on your Switch 1 and use Zelda Notes to transfer them. You can do like 10/day.

FYI in case this has not been addressed. If you have the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership, this is automatically included (if your plan expires, then you would not be able to play this upgrade, however).

Eh, that's not the same then. I don't have a Switch 1 since I upgraded to the Switch 2, and 10-items a day is a joke compared to 10 items in 30 seconds.

Nintendo almost never discounts their upgrade packs or DLC.
That's what people say, but it's not really true.

Shouldn't this be free? It doesn't look to include any additional game content; only improvements in frame rate.
Navigation on the app is worth it alone. Great for kids or anyone that wants to complete some aspect of the game without spending 100's of hours. Gives Link GPS like guidance to whatever you select including Koroks.

There's a few enhancements. Pairs with a navigation app, second save file, higher resolution textures and higher frame rate. It's not some crazy overhaul, but it's not just unlocking the frame rate.

Nintendo doesn't like to give away anything that requires programmer hours for free, so it's no surprise they're looking to charge for this. They charge the same for NS2 intro demo, so by comparison this is a bargain lol.

Apparently giving away Wii sports with the Wii was some massive internal controversy even though it was what basically sold the console. I don't agree with charging for this, but it's perfectly Nintendo.

The 10 items a day is for storing items on the cloud and not a limit on how much you can duplicate

I might be in a minority but this feels like it should be free. People who bought the switch 2 already paid for the performance increase, they shouldn't have to pay for each game buff too. Maybe if there was substantial content added, like an "expansion" then sure. But just to get use out of your switch 2 feels like a really lame money grab to me.

You would think so, but then again, it's Nintendo

I mean, we as consumers have choices. I'm not gonna buy it but you are more than welcome to. And remember, Nintendo is the only major video game manufacturer that is not doing layoffs. I actually just read that they were giving employees a 10% raise across the board. So I guess if they can take those types of actions and people are willing to buy these types of items, I'm cool with that. Better than the alternative with all the layoffs at Sony right now.
