Honestly, it's be okay for car wash but patio cleaning and all is a no go. It'd take you forever and wouldn't get the same results. Look into a gas one. You want something north of 2gpm, preferably 2.5gpm. PSI isn't as important as the GPM output.

I've had this model for about 3 years now - I use it to wash my covered deck and go over the house once a year. It works great when you pair it with 30 seconds house cleaner

I've used it for my driveway as it gets black from acorns every year and this took absolutely forever so I may upgrade

My elderly neighbor bought one and asked me to clean her painted deck with it. IMO it's extremely weak for pressure output. I felt like it couldn't wash an ant away. It did absolutely nothing to the mildew on the deck. I switched to my personal GreenWorks electric 1.8 GPM, 2000 psi machine and that cleaned wonderfully.

I think it would be good for wetting things like a car before hand washing, but not to clean directly as it doesn't have enough pressure. At that point you might as well just use a hose.
