The scenarios are a little bit cheaper on loaded.com (only $0.30 less at $3.69 right now). But if you are buying a bunch of them, you'll save a couple of bucks. With PZ2 announced, Steam seems to doing a bit deeper discount than usual.
For those who remember the old zoo tycoon games, this is pretty much the closest you'll get to it.
