- Bad build quality and thermals (Acer is sensibly worse than Asus/Lenovo for same device tier). It will run hot and be very loud for most gaming.
- Random 10-15s freezes for no clear reason. Multiple reports of this if you google around
- Battery life is extremely bad due to locked screen refresh rate (240hz) and issue with sleep mode

Overall it has been awesome, I wanted a solid gaming laptop that was easy to travel with. Personally I don't mind the fans (I wear headphones when gaming) and the battery is a non-issue for me, I travel a lot but always plug in at the destination. I would have preferred the Asus G14/G16 but I got one, had daily BSODs, returned and second one did too, gave up on Asus for that generation and got this. If you don't need quiet + long battery, it's a steal compared to the competition 🤷
