Skip it. Nobody should be sitting cross-legged for 8 hours — that's not ergonomic, it's a knee and hip injury waiting to happen. No under-thigh support, hips cranked into deep rotation, circulation pinched behind the knees (numb feet by lunch), and your back pays for it. These are a novelty, not a daily driver.
Better: spend the money on a real task chair with adjustable height, lumbar support, and feet-flat/knees-at-90° seating. Want movement? Sit-stand desk or saddle stool beats this every time.

OMG! You're right. Once you sit on this you are legally required to be cross legged for 8 hours.
