no, though thats a good deal as well. the one in the OP post is XTR battery (their top line tool line as well as the best batteries they offer. ) though i have many of each and they both get the job done especially for your typical use.

Picked this up. All I have from kobalt is a 12" chainsaw. I use it quite a bit, but only have 1 battery. Way to many times it's died because I fogot to charge it. Have extras will be nice
