Great deal! Tempted to get just for the heck of it, but don't have any kobalt tools, and not intending to get any either. Also it's not recommended to use these on your other 20/18v tools with and adapter, the higher voltage could damage tool motor.

Also side note - these are the standard batteries, don't read too much into the "extended runtime" label. Their premium line is labeled as "ultimate output"
If you have kobalt tools, go for it

Said no one ever!! More power!!!! I do it with 18v ryobi never an issue
