I think I am onto something. So Hardee's has a breakfast 2 for $5 and they have an offer for $3 off $10 purchase. If you purchase items valued at $3.99 each for the 2 for $5, you can get them $2.50 each. When you take off 30% because of the offer, each of those items are now 50%+ off their regular prices.

Check my math. How have I been missing this?
